He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Virginia, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he served as class president for all four years and graduated in the top 5% of his class. Dr. Kwatra then completed his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where he was honored as Chief Resident. He also holds a Mastership in Laser Dentistry from the World Clinical Laser Institute, showcasing his advanced skills in minimally invasive pediatric treatments.

Before joining the MVPsmiles family, Dr. Kwatra dedicated several years to serving underserved pediatric populations in Baltimore and Washington, D.C. He has extensive training in treating children with special needs, having completed the L.E.N.D. (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) program, which focuses on children with autism spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and PDD-NOS.
